Production Day Structure
Production days are structured to maximize usable content based on travel distance from RMC. Every session is coordinated in advance around active projects, weather conditions, and jobsite availability.

Up to 8-hour production window including up to 1-hour lunch/break. Maximum content capture opportunity with full drone, video, and photo coverage.

1–2 Hours Travel
Up to 6-hour production window including up to 1-hour lunch/break. Full production capability maintained with focused shoot planning.

Beyond 2 Hours Travel
Subject to additional travel fees. Scheduling, scope, and logistics reviewed and confirmed in advance before committing to the date.

Production days are scheduled around active projects. If weather or site conditions prevent effective capture, RMC and the American Grading & Hardscapes team will coordinate a reschedule promptly.
